Alexander M. Yde, Esq. is the latest addition to Yde Law Firm and a member of the firm’s general civil litigation group. After graduating from D.C. Everest Senior High School in 2011 and playing junior hockey, Mr. Yde went on to his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, where he played Division III football for the Blugolds. Following his graduation, Mr. Yde matriculated at Michigan State Law School in East Lansing, MI and graduated with honors. He went on to pass the Wisconsin Bar Exam on his first attempt and was subsequently admitted by the Wisconsin State Bar to practice in the State of Wisconsin.

Raised in the Wausau area, Mr. Yde’s love for the area brought him back home to serve his friends, former classmates, and neighbors. His inspiration for his career track can be attributed to his father, Matthew E. Yde, Esq., who he saw throughout his childhood as a relentless advocate for his clients during their darkest hours. Determined to pursue something meaningful with regular, obvious real-world impact, Mr. Yde decided to arm himself with the credentials and training necessary to fight injustice, restore the status quo, and protect the position of his clients.

In his free time, Mr. Yde prides himself in being an avid outdoorsman and athlete. He especially enjoys bow hunting, musky fishing, and playing hockey recreationally.
